The picture will be sent flat packed (unframed) and is hand signed.

By the way, the house in the picture actually exists. It is in Herzberg (Elster) in the botanical garden and is called the "old factory owner's villa" or 'Marxsche Villa'. Around 1904 the manufacturer Carl Marx had this Art Nouveau villa built. It has been empty for many years and seems downright enchanted.
