The following conditions apply:
Shipping conditions
Delivery will only be made to the following countries
- Germany (domestic)
- Member states of the European Union
- United States of America
Shipping and packaging costs (including VAT)
Shipping costs within Germany:
Within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs from €30,-.
For an order value up to and including € 29,99 we charge € 4,99 shipping costs.
The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.
Shipping abroad (selectable countries see shipping conditions):
Member states of the EU: Shipping costs € 6,99
United States of America (USA): Shipping costs € 9,99
From an order value of € 99, - we deliver free of shipping costs abroad (selectable countries see shipping conditions).
Domestic delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) will be made within 2-6 business days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
In the case of goods designed individually according to the customer's wishes, the preparation of the proof is carried out within 2-4 days after the conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within 7-10 days after the release of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Delivery times abroad (EU)
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods abroad (EU) 4-11 working days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of goods designed individually according to the customer's wishes, the preparation of the proof is carried out within 2-4 days after the conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within 14-21 days after the release of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
